What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
For your security, all electronic payments are processed through Paypal. Using Paypal allows you to pay directly using money from your bank account or with a credit card without exposing your financial details. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. When will my order be processed? TOP
All Paisley Avenue products are custom, handcrafted, and made with great attention to detail. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of your order for creation of your custom item(s). Depending on volume of orders at that time, this time could vary slightly. It is our intent to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible. What is your shipping method? TOP
All orders are shipped via USPS regular mail. Delivery times do vary, but most products arrive within 5-7 days from the date of shipment. What is your return policy? TOP
Because our boutique offers items that are handcrafted, custom and personalized, we are not able to accept returns. Will I receive an order confirmation? TOP
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent when your order is placed. You will receive an update email when your order has been shipped. Can I ship to another address? TOP
Yes, you can enter an alternate address and name for shipping. However, please enter your email address so that we are able to contact you regarding your order if needed. What if I need a rush order? TOP
If you need an item by a specific time (sooner than our processing time noted above), please email us from the contact page prior to placing your order to find out whether or not a rush order will be possible at that time. It is our goal to accommodate every need. Do you accept international orders? TOP
We currently accept orders from the U.S. only. What is your privacy standard? TOP
Paisley Avenue will never sell or share any of our customers' personal information. How do I clean and store my tutu? TOP
When you receive your tutu, it may appear slightly flat and have some wrinkles from shipping. Hang immediately, finger comb & shake to fluff. If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean-hand wash & line dry. |
